Solid quality, as usual

Another good experience with Bell Boutique. I've bought from them a few times now, mostly for dresses and blazers. This time I got a tailored blazer. The quality is always pretty consistent, holds up well after washing. Shipping took about a week, which is normal for them. I keep coming back because I know what to expect and it usually delivers. Sizing is true to what I usually wear.

Decent trench coat, slow delivery

I ordered a trench coat from here, thinking it would be a nice addition for spring. The coat itself is pretty nice, the material feels good and it looks stylish, definitely worth what I paid. My main gripe was the shipping time; it took almost two weeks to get to me in California, which felt a bit long compared to other online stores. The tracking info wasn't super detailed either, so I was left guessing for a bit. Customer service was okay when I asked about it, but didn't really speed things up. Overall, I like the coat, but they could definitely improve on their delivery speed and communication.

Nah, I tried that once. It's either the first order discount OR the free shipping, not both at the same time. Free shipping automatically applies if you hit the threshold though, so you'd have to choose if the discount saves you more.

Honestly, it's pretty similar to Princess Polly, maybe a tiny step down on some fabrics but still good for the price. I'd say comparable to White Fox.
